Accessing your Creative Potential
The aim of this course is to access your creative potential and to use it for your mental, emotional and physical wellbeing. You will learn how to tap into your creative resources through meditation, visualisation and music and you will be able to express yourself through colours and forms.
In this course you will learn how to meditate on the breath so that you can quiet the mind. From a place of calm new ideas can occur. You will be inspired by your own inner images that will appear after the mediation. You will also rediscover your playful side and use colours and forms intuitively.

This course will assist you in becoming more conscious and aware of yourself and your surrounding through self-exploration.
- Create a booklet/diary that consists of
- Your poetry/fairy story or free writing
- Your individual artistic expression (collages, drawings, paintings)
- Collected items from nature/photos/things that you like to add to your writing.
